Our Authors' Privacy
For original materials on our web site, it is the choice of the author whether to be personally identified. Because most of our essays are the collaborative effort of several authors, many of our authors have chosen not to be personally identified. Some authors have chosen not to be identified because some parts of their medical history, that these authors wish to keep anonymous otherwise, have been described in an effort to help educate other people faced with similar medical situations.
